Order Cancellation by Customer

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not been processed or dispatched.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or confirmed over phone.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders cannot be cancelled under the following conditions:

• Orders that have already been dispatched or are in transit
• Customized, made-to-order, or bulk commercial equipment
• Orders involving special manufacturing specifications

Cancellation by Roxan Sports

Roxan Sports reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of:

• Unavailability of raw materials or inventory
• Pricing or listing errors
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or regulatory restrictions

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the customer.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

• Approved cancellations are refunded within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds are processed through the original payment method.

Modification Requests

Requests to modify orders (quantity, product type, or specifications) are subject to feasibility and manufacturing stage approval.
