  • Manufacturing defects identified upon initial inspection

All return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Process

  • Customers must contact Roxan Sports via email or phone with supporting images or videos.
  • Once approved, our team will provide instructions for return pickup or logistics coordination.
  • Products must be returned in original packaging and condition.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated only after inspection and approval of the returned item.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued through the original mode of payment.

Replacement Policy

Where applicable, Roxan Sports may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • In cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage, return shipping costs will be borne by Roxan Sports.
